Originally from Leszno, Poland, Mariusz stumbled upon Big Sky during a fun-filled summer adventure in July of 2001. After a three-day trip on the Greyhound bus from New York, he arrived in Big Sky country and fell in love with the hospitality and the spirit of the West. The vast, open landscape and beauty of the region left a permanent smile on his face.

With Montana on his mind, Mariusz returned to Poland to finish his Masters Degree in Quality Management at the University of Economics, and upon graduation, returned to Big Sky with his fiancé, Klaudia, to stake out a life in this beautiful area. The two young entrepreneurs quickly recognized an unfulfilled need of property management with an emphasis on providing the highest quality service for the finest homes and most discerning homeowners in Big Sky.

Married on top of Lone Peak during that same year, Mariusz and Klaudia solidified their ties to Big Sky. While building their business of top-quality property management, they also began building their family. In 2008, they welcomed a beautiful girl, Olivia, into the world and the Big Sky community, and in 2012, their second child, Nicolas, joined them.

Through crafting relationships, hard work, and acute attention to detail, Mariusz and Klaudia have built HAPM to be the premier property management company in the area. Aside from running the business, Klaudia and Mariusz are avidly involved in the community. While Mariusz is creating partnerships with non-profit organizations like the Arts Council, Klaudia, who holds a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance is the music director of Big Sky Broadway, teaching private piano lessons, and establishing community arts initiatives.
