The ski trail runs just steps outside your ski room and takes you to the legendary Iron Horse lift, giving you direct access to both Big Sky Resort and Moonlight side of the mountain. Skiing back home is another direct line from the top of Challenger, Iron Horse, or Sixshooter.

Enjoy the comforts of this tastefully updated home while taking full advantage convenient location on the mountain. It is easy to take a quick break or stop by to refuel. You can be back shredding without working hard to get to the key chairlifts.
Once the day of fun is over, relax in a brand new, private hot tub and prepare dinner with your friends or family. Nothing beats the cozy evening in front of the wood-burning fireplace where everyone can share stories about their best line of the day or secret stashes of powder.

During the summer, relax on the wrap-around deck with your favorite beverage in hand. Mountain bike trails surround this home, so you can get plenty of downhill action or test yourself with an uphill climb. In the summer, ski trails make for great hikes, and Beehive Basin Trailhead is just around the corner (a must once the snow is melted).
Flyfishing and golf course within 15 minutes drive. West Yellowstone park entrance is an hour+ drive.

When it comes to layout and sleeping arrangements:
Lower level with the front door and one-car garage
Bedroom #1 – Queen size bed, en suite bathroom
Bedroom #2 – Bunk bed – twin over full, ensuite bathroom
Main floor
Bedroom#3 – Master bedroom, king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, private deck
Enclosed loft (no door)
Bedroom #4 – Queen size bed and twin-size bed, ensuite bathroom.

Please note most homes in Montana do not have air conditioning. The best way to deal with warmer days is for guests to open the windows at night to enjoy cooler evening temperatures and close them during the day to keep the cooler air in. Each bedroom comes with a fan stored in the closet.

Parking – one car, heated garage, another parking spot in front of the garage.

TVs – there are 3 TVs in the house.
– Great room (Apple TV, streaming services with your login credentials)
– Loft – Large TV (built-in apps working with your login credentials)
– Lower level bedroom with bunk bedroom (Roku player for access to streaming
apps working with your login credentials)

Payment Schedule: 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 120 days before arrival date.

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $ 2000.00 (USD) is due.
