The large gourmet kitchen combines marvelous counter space and premium appliances (Wolf and Subzero) in an attractive layout. In the warmth of natural light, this headquarters culinary endeavor is a movie set awaiting its writer/director/star (you!).
The living room is designed around the wood-burning fireplace, with comfort in mind, whether to tell stories or watch movies. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a fantastic backdrop to all the daily activities.
The expansive primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, offering luxury and private space. In addition to the convenience of the private bathroom (separate tub), you will find ample closet space to let your wardrobe breathe. A sitting area represents yet more flexibility. This remarkable retreat also offers the quiet visual entertainment of a gas fireplace. The other four quiet bedrooms, with plenty of closet space, offer space and amazing views.
A driveway with ample accommodation for two vehicles leads to an attached two-car garage.
Barbecuers will gravitate toward the brand-new deck. Dependably crafted of hardwood, this appealing structure is the perfect stage for relaxing with refreshments, whether morning coffee or a twilight nightcap, with stunning sunset views over the Spanish Peaks. It is an ideal platform for socializing, but it is also a great place to wind down. The propane-fueled firepit is perfect for S’mores-y evenings. There’s even a jacuzzi. Of course, there is. Picturesque views of Spanish Peaks and Lone Peak are daily reminders of the terrific location and future adventures!

Payment Schedule: 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 120 days before arrival date.

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $ 2000.00 (USD) is due.
